Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to start the process.

  Prepare for Collection

  For mattresses, ensure the item is accessible for our courier partners; for smaller accessories, please repackage them in their original box or suitable alternative packaging.

  Scheduled Pickup

  We will arrange a convenient date for our specialized logistics team to collect the item directly from your home at no additional cost during the trial period.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
