How long is the OTTY sleep trial?
We offer a 100-night trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress during this time, you can return it for a full refund.
Does the mattress come with a warranty?
Yes, every OTTY mattress is backed by a 10-year limited warranty that covers structural defects and manufacturing flaws.
How is the mattress delivered?
Your mattress will arrive compressed and vacuum-sealed in a compact box. Simply unbox it in your room of choice, and it will expand to its full shape within a few hours.
Do I need to flip my OTTY mattress?
No, our mattresses are designed with a specific layered structure and should not be flipped. However, we recommend rotating it 180 degrees every 3 to 6 months.
What payment options are available?

Is the mattress cover washable?
The top cover of your OTTY mattress is removable and can be machine washed at a low temperature to keep your sleeping environment fresh.
